Pearls of Wisdom: Spiritual Refueling!

Perhaps the most important coping tool is to stop, pause and be kind to yourself. Be intentional to create pauses in your day where you stop to refuel your soul. It is vitally important to not allow busyness to stop you from spiritual refueling. Boldly make your relationship with God your top priority. It's okay to say “no” to activities that aren't in alignment with God's plan for your life. Stop allowing the trap of busyness to distract you from living life with margin.

May I encourage you to practice taking time out each day for yourself. Your soul will thank you. ”Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” - III John 1:2

"When you connect to the silence within you, that is when you can make sense of the disturbance going on around you." – Stephen Richards
